Anything I've heard that I like ;)

I like just about everything except hip-hop.

*lol* my music teacher debated with us about the term "good music" just wanted to know what you'd say. he wouldnt let us get away with "whatever I like"..

anything but tejano and opera por mi. although for some reason...4-H events love Tejano music...:umm:
so you like some rap then? Or do you consider rap with hip-hop?

All that sounds the same to me. Though actually, I do enjoy some hip-hop. Really, what I don't like in that genre is more the lyrical content that I don't like in ANY musical genre, just that it seems to be more pervasive in rap/hip-hop. I can't seem to get into Christian rap/hip-hop for some reason. I dig soul, though.

What IS the difference between rap and hip-hop? Is it just spoken vs. sung?

Why not opera? I know some really cool opera music.

Wow, this thread is really getting off-topic.

yeah basically rap is talked out for the most part and hip hop is mostly sung

I cant get in to it really. I can stand classical but mostly new stuff like from LOTR soundtrack type stuff and Wheel of Time. Opera however....ish. I just dont care for it all that much
