There are specific mention of at least 5 crowns and rewards in the Word. What are they?

2 Tim. 4:
7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

Some people will receive crowns in heaven as a special kind of reward for their sacrificial living while on earth.

The twenty-four elders seated around God’s throne wear golden crowns and white garments (Revelation 4:4).

While we don’t know the identity of these individuals or even exactly what the crowns represent, we do know these people overcame intense difficulties. The Greek word used for "crown" in this passage is stephanos: a victor’s crown.

Five different crowns are mentioned in Scripture:

The imperishable crown for those who exhibit disciplined lives (1 Corinthians 9:25–27).

The crown of rejoicing for those who lead others to Christ (1 Thessalonians 2:19–20, Philippians 4:1).

The crown of righteousness for those who love his appearing (2 Timothy 4:

The crown of glory for those who faithfully shepherd the flock (1 Peter 5:2–4).

The crown of life for those who overcome spiritual battles (James 1:12, Revelation 2:10).

The above list is probably more suggestive than it is exhaustive. God may hand out crowns to many other faithful believers and for many other purposes. These crowns won’t be awarded so we can show off our earthly accomplishments. Nor will they be for the purpose of making a fashion statement. I believe that these crowns signify different positions and assignments throughout eternity.

There's simply NO REAL INFORMATION in practical terms about WHAT "life in the Kingdom" will consist of. Obviously "Earthly concepts" (Mansions over the hilltop - etc.) make no sense whatsoever. WHy would we need Shelter, since we no longer possess a physical body as we do now. There'll BE a "Body" - but it's needs aren't known. Will there be bathrooms??? Will we EAT?? What function will we have in God's REAL Kingdom??

Personalli I don't bother to wonder.

I spend quite a lot of time thinking about heaven. Narnia books as a kid were great for these. In Heaven you can run and run without feeling tired. CS Lewis talks about the most delicious fruit ever, and then over and through the hills it's like the same thing again (deeper in and deeper in) except even MORE delicious. like a fractal.

We know there is no sun and moon there - God and the Lamb are the Light and Lamp. He will wipe away all our tears.

He will wipe away all our tears.

Rev 21:4
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

We get to forget. Oh how I long to forget!!!! -

Folks who DON'T make the cut get to remember - which would be the WORST thing about hell, I think - remembering how things could have been different.
