Someone posted about Internet porn. Because of the way the question was worded and the fact that the poster did not choose to leave their name so we could email and request they rephrase it you are seeing the response and not the question.
First we are not going to post a list of places that send out porn on ilj at any time for any reason not even for the purpose of sending protest emails.
Second there are far better ways to deal with porn coming to your email. Every email provider has a filter system. Use it. Invest in a filtering service or software or sign up with an internet provider which has a built in filtering system. The best of these filtering ISPs can totally eliminate all porn in email or otherwise from your computer.
Be sure you know where family memebrs have gone on net. Porn venders tend to send even more and more hard core porn to anyone who has visited a "soft" porn site even one time out of curiosity or ignorance. The fact that someone receives porn related email does NOT mean that they have visited a porn site but visiting one will very much increase the probability of getting more such email and of porn related pop-ups. Check both your Internet history and your cookies (security features) I recommend setting your security settings as high as you can without making it impossible for you to do the things you need to do on net.
Emailing porn sites as you suggested even in protest is not going to help. The few which do accept email simply log your email address and send you more and more smutt because they only log response not content.
Here are some better ways to protest. Contact your legislaters and ask that the child porn law recently overturned by the Supreme Court re: computer generated images be revised and repassed. Become active in groups which are effectibve in getting porn operators prosecuted and convicted. Pray fopr people caught in the porn trap. Do not patronize advertizers who create TV and other media ads which are in the soft porn range and contact them and tell them why. This is not net porn but these ads can lead people to check out similar things on net and you can readily reach these advertizers.
