Thanks for all your nominations, this is your official poll! The polls will be open for 3 weeks, if you want to vote for your favourite movie, book or song, see the other threads. Have fun!

You need sepereate catergories for games! If I want a game that I can play for just a few minutes then it is Wolfenstein all the way. If i want a board game it is Stratego Legends (which isn't on the list so I guess it would have to be Risk). If i want to have fun with friends then 007 is where it is at. If I want to spend the next 12 hours of my life playing then Civ III is good. . . .
to many choices .. .

Isn't it nice how Super Smash Bros. Melee is winning?

If you are still taking nominations for best games I would like to nominate Contract Bridge.

LOL, do you realise how many polls there would have to be then? They would take up the whole first page. What about movies and books, do you think there should be seperate categories for them too? ;) And cujo, sorry but nominations are closed for books movies and games. The good news is, that up until Sunday, you can still nominate a song. :)

 I've never played or even heard of most of those games (I tried Chess and Risk once or twice, but they require too much thought. If I'm playing a game it's because I want something fun and mind-less)

Is Dutch Blitz a familiar game to anyone else? Here in Ontario it's quite famous amongst Christians.

Other great games are Taboo, Balderdash, Othello (Reversi), and Pass the Pigs.

The LOTR card game has been out for years... I played it when I first came out (I assume you're talking about this (http://fan.theonering.net/morgulrats/cotd.html#potd))

That said, Risk is the best game ever, because if you get bored, you can simply draw up a new map and fight over that. At the moment, I'm perpetually fighting over Scotland.
