The Bible is not a "book". There are 66 books in the Bible. It's a collection, kind of like "God's anthology", I'd say.
After reading Jason's post, it was easier for me to choose LotR.

Pssst! U3P is only in Wacky! Everywhere else it's just Jason.
I know that, why are you telling me?

I too had to vote for the Left Behind Series. I can't wait for the 10th book to come out! :)
David Copperfield by Charles Dickens. That is THE BEST book I have ever read!
If you haven't read it I suggest you go to your nearest bookstore and pick it up. In paperback it is like $6.00. I have read it like 5 times and I absolutely love it. Oliver Twist and Great Expectations, also by Dickens, are wonderful. You haven't read a 'real book' until you have read Dickens! (excluding God's anthology of course). :)

if by real book you mean a book I want to see burnt to smoldering ashes, then I agree with you. Reading Great Expectations almost made we want to become illiterate to end the torture.
But hey different strokes for different folks :)

I do not see "Dune" by Frank Herbert there. I therefore refuse to vote ;)
