this new movie is very cute... kinda cliche, but i liked it. family fun! clean, for the most part (there is a sloth in a hottub at one point, but it's not really a big deal) and it's really amusing. i cried a few times, and went "awwww!" a lot. and laughed hysterically. most of the guys i was with thought it was very cliche though... (i went with about 15 people tonight)

I thought it was really cute. Especially the squirrel. The sloth was cute when he had the watermelon and was jumping over the birds!:biggrin:

Was it good? From the previews it looked pretty stupid. Was it as good as Toy Story? (Between you and me, I'm getting kinda sick of all this computer animated junk. Whatever happened to live action? Well, it's still there but you know what I mean)

I just saw it last night and thought parts of it were hilarious! Especially where the tiger is like, "where's the baby? THERE HE IS!" I just loved the look on the poor baby's face :rofl:

Aside from a few apparent inaccuracies historically speaking, I thought it was great!

I thought the movie was really funny, but I'm up for almost anything! I watched the 3 hour special on the Discovery channel on real animals of the ice age, and that was really neat too. I took my niece whose in 5th grade to see the movie and she liked it, and I even cried more than she did! haha, she made fun of me! I really am over emotional at most movies though.

I was thankful that when I took my kiddo to see this movie, it was at the cheap theater. I really didn't like it. I felt bait-&-switched on the plot. Maybe if they had done a better job of letting people know what the movie was going to be like/about, I would have enjoyed it more.
