Am I under attack??

I have just a had my second big cry to God in the past few days. I feel like everything is coming in on me and I don't know where I am going with any of my problems. I have been seeking God's will and God's way and I feel like I am not getting any signs or strong feelings in any situation I have been asking Him for help on. I am pregnant and think maybe some of my overwhelming feeings are hormonal but then again I think not. I had posted awhile back about ending up pregnant with my 6th child when I had made up my mind that I was getting my tubes tied and not having anymore children. O.K. so God had a different plan and now I accept this baby and rejoice over the gift that God has given me. Then, my husband and I knew that we were already looking to move to a new home before the surprise of the new baby because we have no room left for the family that is already here. Bedrooms are stacked to full capacity with the 5 children already utilizing them. So we started our new house hunt. Well, the day that we found the house that we both liked and were about to put an offer on it my husband got served with papers for his X wifes forclosure. He had deeded all the property over to her 9 years ago and has no legal right to the property but appently the bank says he still owes the $$ for the mortgage that has not been paid. It has proceeded into the courts. We really can't afford to pay for an attorney at the moment and this case is going forward. So I had my husband call his x and offer to take the property back if she wanted to get out of the foreclosure and deed the property back to him and she refused and said she was going to take care of it. Well, she has not yet contacted the courts in this matter and the bank continues to pursue us for the money in the court. This is just putting so much on me. I have been crying out to God for His hand and His help. I have asked that if I am missing something to send a sign in some other way. But I just don't see or feel or hear anything regarding what to do. I am trying not to turn to the left or to the right without His guidance. I feel like everything is just falling in on top of me. A new baby, not able to move from the home we are already outgrown, my husbands credit is getting ruined and we can't do anything about it, she (his x) is in complete contol of this at the moment. We can't afford to make her payments and ours also. We can't afford cousel and we don't know how to handle this with the courts. Just everything to me is overwhelming at the moment. Can anyone help me?? I am starting to break down agian and can't see what I am typing anymore so I am going to leave what I have said and see what if anything any of you wonderful people can offer me to hold onto. I need God's hand because I just can't do this without Him! Thank you and I'm sorry this is sooo long.

Father thank You that when we can't hang on You hang on to us. At this point this child of Yours can't see at all how this can all work together for goiod but she is trusting that Your word is true and we are standing with her and asking You to show her and make clear Your will and way in all these situations and most of all to show her that YOU know and care aboutbher and her family.
Please help her at this very moment to cast all her care on You knowing that You care for her.

:angel: Hi Friend: Grandpa here. As I read through your letter I can see that you need some good legal advise. My questions are these. Do you have a good loving Church family that you can lean on and give you some help? If you do not have a Church family, do you have any friends that attend a church that may help you and/or offer some good legal advise? Most cities of any size may have a legal aid society that can offer some help. All of this is in relation to the real estate problem that you have. If this house problem can be somewhat resolved, I think that some of your other problems will be helped also.
In closing I sure hope that you have a Church family or that you are looking for one.

Yes you are under attack we all are. In the book of Daniel we are told it is the work of the enemy to wear out the saints (Daniel 7:25) and sometimes he seems to put in a lot of overtime. But You also have the victory in Christ Jesus 1John 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 1Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus worded it this way in John 16:33 "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

The battles seem to get heavier the closer we come to the day of Christ's return. I know there are some who teach that we will not go through any bad times, any tribulation if we are in Christ but that simply does not line up with God's word nor with what we see in either church or secular history. We are to be overcommers and that means there will be battles and things to overcome. "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death." Revelation 12:11 It is not easy to cast your cares on the Lord 1 Peter 5:7 but it is the only real way to survive all that is going on in your life. You can't handle it. God does not expect you to handle it. He will handle it and you. And at some point you really will look back and understand at least a little bit how this could possibly be working together for good. (Romans 8:28). At this point all you can do is ask yourself Does God really love me? (the answer to that is yes) Does He tell the truth? (again the answer is yes) Is God the most powerful force there is ? (again yes) decide that since these things are true He must be capable and reliable and ask Him to give you the grace to trust him to get you all through this together.

It also helps a lot to pray together with your husband and with your children and all of you together. You don't necessarily need to recite all the details to the children depending on what you want to share with them but they can understand that some things are happening that mama and dad are very concerned about and mama has been worried and crying and she has decided to put them all in God's hands and thank Him for the answers and they can thank and praise Him with you and learn a lot about trust and praise and thanking God even before we see the answers manifest. You can read together 2 Chronicles 20. This is the true stroy of an overwhelming attack on Israel. The forces of the enemy semed much stronger than Israel and in the natural there was sure defeat. But as you know God is no way limited to the natural. He told the people they did not need to fight in that battle but just watch and see what he would do. They took Him at His word and next morning sent out singers and praisers ahead of the soldires to praise God for that victory before they ever saw it. And what a victory it was. Your children will sing and act it out for days at least when you sharee it withj them and you and they can do the same thing in your present situation.

Grandpa gave you practical advice about the forclosure. I just want to add that if you do not have money for a lawyer you can consult legal aid which is often listed in phone books under name of state or city legal services as for example Georgia Legal Services. If you have trouble finding it call your state or city bar association which is the lawyers professional group and they will aim you in the right direction. Your husband can file a statement with the credit bureaus explaining what has happened and many creditors will take this into consideration. Also on a practical note do tell your obgyn or midwife that you have been under much stress so they can check and be sure there are no physical strains affecting the baby.

Here is a scripture that tells what to do when you are under attack. I just want to put it here where you can read it without having to stop and find a Bible. It will really help to read it out loud to yourself.
