What are your favorite ilj memories?

One of mine is the first time I discoered our cat had somehow gotten ahold of the computer and started posting. That cat was apt to get into most anything.

On the serious side the concern with which people pray for each other and the ppl who prayed for me when the med reaction left me officially dead and not all right when I was alive again, the people who helped get my wife through those days. I miss Lance and Grandpa on the bds, respect what they are doing now but still miss them.

Wonder if we can find some memorable posts for this trhead too. I don't know when the different prunings hit but I hear there is a flannel lined vault somewhere with some choice specimins.

I remember when I used to read teen scene bec the discussions there were stronger in the Lord.

I remember when things were quite lively on CF. I didn't always appreciate some of the turns some of the conversations took, but it was never dull. I think I'd see some of that differently now.

I miss a lot of ppl who used to be here. I understand that they have grown, changes, gotten into things elsewhere and off net but still miss them.

I skimmed thru it and realized how many of them are gone (all but flannel and bren) and of those who are gone they are missed.

In order for WICKCHMUICK to apply, I would have had to left the flavor of Jello unspecified. Since I said "Lime Jello" WIDKCHMUICK does not apply.

On a more pertinent matter, I have too many memories to list them all or a fraction of them. I came here way before Y2k. That was an OLD crew here, WAY back in the day, in the collage rage forum. Amy, Mark (avatarus), Bigkat and I think someone called Cass though she is vague to me! I miss Daisyflr (Robin from teen scense too) and flutterby and many others who have touched me (e.g. Crystal or Pensee and even the IIDBer's who were here at one time). I never forgot Robin's slogan:

"Smile! It makes people wonder what you are up to!"

We had the ODD with members like Pelvidar and so on and there was a later thriving Christian fellowship forum and my good pals like Jason, Shaun, Candace and Bren and Amy and Kathryn and countless others. Oh, and how can I forget the countless conquests of the Tyrant and duels of nonsense!


Phone calls with board members here and so on.

Hayden's great. One year old already! Not walking yet but trying. He just started waving hi and bye and says "mom", "daddy", "kitty" and "good". He's my angel! If you go to MySpace you can check out some recent pics of him.
