Most of you I don't know it seems...hmm..anyway.

I found ILJ in the fall of 2000 through a web search for "Ilovejesus" - - it was the start of my little life on the internet - introduced me to many friends (many of whom I still talk to regularly) and was the catalyst in me creating some journals at blog sites. I owe a lot of who I am today for the influence of ILJ in my life - - it'll always be a special place.


Guess I'll poke around and see what's up around here. . .

Let's see.

Second year of teaching - i teach Senior English and the Yearbook/journalism class.

I'm doing the "single working woman on her own" thing and LOVING it.

The Young Adult group at my church is really starting to take off and I'm glad that God has me a part of that. I'm also involved in the AV team at church.

You may remember my little abandoned kitty that I found - - he's still alive and well and INSANE.

We just couldn't have an ilj party without you.

I am glad you and that very special kitty are doing well. I remember praying for him and being sure the Lord would show you all how to take care fo him.

Hugs blessings and for the kitty gentle pets (while guarding my hand against tallons) and of course tuna with sour cream.

It is so great when you send post cards to ppl saying wish you were here and they come by. :)

i thought it would be safer to post in this thread. fewer cats. The ilj cats have all been very pleasant but one should be wise as well as harmless.

it is good to see so many here in fellowship adain and caring what is happening happening with old friends.

has anyone seen der mouse about? I should so much like to squeek with him.

someone mentioned marshmallows. i do love marshmallows. do you suppose he'd share some?

I saw DeMouse the other day. He keeps himself scarce with two cats in the house, and one outside the house, so it was just a glimpse. He looked tired.

Please tell him hello when you see him again. Perhaps he'd like to visit Wacky World and take a rest since the DeKats seldom venture there and the tygers have been hiding in the deeper woods. Sweet Tea stops by but so far Precous just sends messages. Of course he would been to be sure to avoid any flannel that has not been already shredded because of past experiments.
