I hereby proclaim all threads started by me to be Flannel Land. Flannel Land is separate from Tyrantville. I am the supreme leader of Flannel Land. Any Tyranical incursions shall be considered an act of war. (note, I shall distinguish between "Vinnie" "ILGWAMH" and "Sir Vincent" as being separate from the Tyrant so as not to appear to be rebelling against the moderator, but merely distancing myself from the Tyrant). I declare Butterflies to be protected in Flannel Land. They are welcome to live in the peaceful meadows. All trolls are forbidden in Flannel Land. Additionally, because of comments made under Sir Shaun's username about a brainish inquisition, the IHCofC has no authority directly over Flannel Land. If they desire an influence, they must try through diplomatic channels.

We do however recogize the fact that you have set up a little country in the realm of the tyrant by declaring your indepence adn all. Because of this we do reckognize your right to rule your flannel subjects. However we do not answer to you for we answer to no one.

It seems that you have misunderstood my position. I did not mean that you answer to me, I meant that as ruler of Flannel Land, I do not answer to you, except as representatives of another soveriegn entity. (IE, Canada has no authority over the United States, but they make requests and work together, etc etc etc...)
