Is there a healthy way I can gain 10lbs or so? I'm 17, 5'9 or 5'10 and I only weigh 125lbs. I'd like to gain some weight.

Increase your caloric intake with clean, healthy foods (Chicken, lean beef, veggies)

Take an inexpensive protein supplement and hit the weights.

Best way to gain weight.

(eat six small meals a day, workouts only need to last around 45 minutes, cardio is NOT needed if you are trying to add mass)
