Anyone tried it? I am trying the ephedra free stuff. I have more energy. Not jitters. Just feel like getting up off my behind and doing something.

Is there any info about it on the web?

They have their own website. I think it is trimspa.com but I am not sure. They have all these testimonials. I weigh myself again on Monday to see if I have lost any weight. The website says that they have a 110% money back guarantee.

I'll do a search for it on Google. Good luck with your weigh in!

I weighed myself and I lost 1 pound. Yep it is a little but it didn't go on in 5 pound buches either. One pound at a time is better than no pounds.:D

 Congratulations! I'd lost ten lbs being careful about what I ate, drinking more water and trying to work in excercise, but then I stopped being so careful and when I weighed in on Saturday I found out I put 3 back on. :wah: I got an excercise bike from my aunt cause they never used it and I also finally have an excercise video I can do cause it's made for folks with arthritis. I started monitoring my calories again so I'm pretty hopeful for next weigh in. I really hope to see better loss now that I'm exercising daily. Keep me posted!

Okay I stopped taking it because it had a sideffect I didn't like. Constipation. It was said that it is supposed to keep the food in your system so you burn it as energy and it is supposed to keep you fuller longer. I gained weight! UG!:redhotmad So now I am not taking it and have decided to go back to what has worked in the past. A low-carb diet. So before anyone takes this stuff, be careful.
