I need info. on Winsor pilates...Does it work?

Yep it works and I can give a first hand account. I lost 15 pounds following the program. I didn't eat like she said to but I did do the exercises 6 days a week. And it wasn't too hard but I felt great afterwards! :) I highly recommend Winsor Pilates!

I used to do pilates and I liked it well enough, but I really enjoyed yoga. But both work about the same.
