Want to be able to vacation at great resorts all over the country and overseas at a very reasonable cost? Want luxury condo accomodations at less than many hotel prices? Want your vacation dollars to be an investment not just an expense?
We have a friend who is selling Interval Ownership and /or timeshare resort time packages due to health and finances. 3 are in FL . Cost is very reasonable and they are part of a vacation exchange program where you can trade this time for time at any member resort in the world for a very low swap fee. There are yearly maintenance fees but it still can be a good deal for someone. You would own a deeded interest in the resort not just the privelege of going there so it can increase in value like other property, be sold (obviously), willed, traded, etc. Here are links to the resorts.
