View Full Version : Starting some good habits & seeing progress

I've been doing Weight Watchers for almsot 8 weeks now, but hadn't seen the kind ofresults I wanted. I realised that my lack of exersize was keeping my metabolism low & that I wasn't drinking any water.

For the past 2 weeks I have focused more on water & walking 2 1/2 miles every morning. I have seen more results in the past 2 weeks than I had seen in the previous 6!! I weigh myself on Fridays, so I'll have my current weight then, but I can say that last Friday I weighed in & had lost 2 lbs in one week!

I went shopping yesterday & dropped my first clothing size, so I'm assuming that this Friday the scale will show another 2 or 3 lbs gone. :) I'm really jazzed...

It's really exciting & encouraging to see weight actually coming off! :p
