Hi all,
I'm starting a new food plan today and will be adding exercise when my PACE video gets here. That's a video especially for those with arthritis so I should be able to do the moves without extra problems from my rheumatoid.
Anyone else changing eating or adding exercise? I could use some encouragement or at least commiseration.. :-)
I'm changing my diet a bit so that I don't eat as much sodium and cholesterol. So mainly I'm cutting down on a few things that I tend to eat a lot of, cheese, soy sauce, packaged foods, and red meat.

Good luck with your diet! I've cut out pretty much all processed sugar and bread, so we'll see how it goes! :)
Well..
I weighed in yesterday and have lost 10 lbs since I started watching what I eat and working in more activity! I know the new food plan should help too. I don't expect to keep losing at this great rate but it was gratifying to see that my efforts have made a difference.

I'd lost ten lbs being careful about what I ate, drinking more water and trying to work in excercise, but then I stopped being so careful and when I weighed in on Saturday I found out I put 3 back on. :wah: I got an excercise bike from my aunt cause they never used it and I also finally have an excercise video I can do cause it's made for folks with arthritis. I started monitoring my calories again so I'm pretty hopeful for next weigh in. I really hope to see better loss now that I'm exercising daily

I have an exercise bike at my parents house - I'm gonna try to bring it back down to my house at school with me this weekend.
I have the cutest road in the world to walk on here - but, ehh..I'm lazy.
