Anyone familiar with it?

hmmm...all of the things I eat (ice cream, jam, rice, pasta, corn, bread, potatoes, bananas) are on the 'Foods to avoid list'...
But I think it's ok because I don't live in the South or near a beach.

yeah for real, I love potatoes! And all that other stuff too....
but that part's mostly just for 2 weeks, I might be able to live with that. The part I like about it is that it's not a short-term fad diet, it's focused on developing a lifestyle eating pattern.
Ugh... what's up with the no carrots? And since when is it at all healthy to lose 13 lbs in 2 weeks? (Unless, of course, it's water -- which it very likely is, only they didn't mention it.) And they never mention exercise and seem to rely a bunch on supplements... It's certainly not as scary as some diets I've seen out there, but it seems like making reasonable and frequent meals would have the same effect without this diet.
For obvious reasons, I don't like any of the meal plans. :p
I simply don't trust weight-loss things that never so much as mention that exercise is important -- especially from someone who says she's interested in the health of her deiters' hearts?
