Are any of you in a Chamber of Commerce but feel like you would like to fellowship with other Christian Business Owners? I would like to exchange Christian fellowship with other Believers here in a group that could be started of do it right here. Jesus was the best, he knew his currency and he knew were to fish. He sure didn't like the vendors on the temple steps though. Bunch of crooks they were, eh.
I can see how such a board could help me and others in business a lot. For example can anyone sare the best way to bring traffic to a web site? Are site listing services worth the $ and how to do it free and easily, and how is the best way to deal w/ friends who want a special price? What are cheap ways to advertise that work? Is anyone else ready to scream or to shout with joy? What to do about all ads newspapers? What net classified boards work? Ready to give up or to expand? Is there a free or cheap way to get bisiness capital or to start up for little or no $$? Some of these are things I can share about. Some are as mysterious to me as the black holes but may be easy for you. Should we talk about them?

Ann & others: I wasn't thinking so much about the best, cheapest, most effective ads, boards or what ever, I was thinking along the lines of doing business with integrity and with the highest standards that are expressed in employee relations, not under-cutting material or workmanship to make a bit more money on a contract, etc. Also encouraging people to use businesses and services that are represented in our churches so that these businesses can give freely and more gratefully. Even if non-believers sell products or services cheaper, we should patronize our own first.
Sorry I missed your point. I guess I was thinking of things I'd like to share with and learn from other's in business.
I do think that often in off the net area people do tend to patronize businesses of ppl in their church and other ppl they know.
bumping this up to go with expanded scope of this board. What do you think about this? Would thois be useful to you? What should be involved?
