The Health Channel

If any of you get the health channel (I believe that's what it is called) it has yoga, and aerobics on it quite often. My mom and I tape the aerobics people that we like and do the routines that we find the most fun. We have a satellite dish but I'm sure it would be avaliable if any of you had cable or other things like that. Just wanted to let you know in case you weren't aware of workouts on the T.V.

hmmm....I think I have like "Discovery Health" of something - is that what you're talking about?

Hmm...I've never heard of it...I would probably have to subscribe to it but I am too cheap for that! ;)

Yes I believe Discovery Health is the name of the network channel. It came with whatever package we have so I'm happy. It has like cooking tips and all that kind of stuff, just lots of different things on being healthy!
