but tofu is wonderful! it's cheap, it's heart healthy, it's low in fat, it's high in useable proteins, it can be used in just about any course in a meal, and it tastes yummy if you know how to cook it.

i like tofu, but i can't eat too much of it because of my thyroid problems. i have a really good 'cheese'cake recipe using tofu. it's quite good. my parents even at it.

smooth tofu can be used in place of eggs in recipes, and it also adds a nice creamy texture to smoothies
