Thought I would point out this nifty little tool to ya'll.


I used to use it all the time when I first started - but I got slack, I should start again it really helps.

basically - a place for you to keep up with your diet/exercise stuff. You can set goals and such as well. There is also a journal feature if you want to use it. As well as if you want it can be a public journal to share with others or a private one.


If you need something to help you keep track of how much/what you're eating and how much exercise you're getting - this is a handy dandy tool.
